Antenatal education helps parents explore options and make informed decisions on issues relating to pregnancy, birth and early parenting.  By learning what to expect during the labour and gaining basic birthing skills, families have better birth outcomes.  Learn about coping strategies for the first few weeks following the birth and how to be involved in baby and parenting preparations, help make the process more real.
Antenatal education also helps expectant parents acquire the skills and confidence needed to make birth and the parenting journey a positive and rewarding experience.
